This year was a difficult one indeed! I went from being alone to having no time for myself. I spent 6 months volunteering and then got a job which has occupied the last three months. As you might imagine i have had little time to sleep let alone read lately. In the last three months i have read a total of 3 books- not exactly what i had envisioned for myself while planning by book challenge last year. I have therefore come to a conclusion as August tapers to a close- i will not be completing my book challenge by September 3rd of this present year, 2013.
And so, i have decided to simply cotinue reading and blogging whenever i can in the hopes of eventually finishing all of the books that sit on my bookcase- and then some- with no deadline, no rush and no post failure guilt.
I am looking forward to a different and yet still wonderful and rewarding literary year to come!

I think not having a deadline and not being rushed will give you the flexibility and the fluidity you need to keep calm and read and blog on. I believe in you and know you will be able to get through all those books on your case and still blog at the same time.
